"I am a frequent flyer at this location and I go there because the customer service is usually beyond exceptional... Which is why on this evening I am totally disappointed and incredibly shocked and disgusted at how I was treated.. like on many other countless other occasions I have taken my service dog in with me who is trained to alert my seizures due to me being epileptic. Let me start by saying my dog is 4 lb he is very quiet he never makes a peep unless he's alerting me.... I also carry him in a small satchel bag that goes across my chest so he wasn't even on foot. I try to take others into consideration as much as I can so he comes with me in his satchel bag. I told her I've been in several times before this and she seems to be the only person with a problem that my service animal was accompanying me. As a matter of fact I was in the two or three nights ago and he was with me at that time as well.. tonight was busy as usual so we were going to sit and wait because again we prefer going to that location over any other VP place in this area.... My husband and I went to sit down and wait for a machine to open and a woman that I've never seen before stands up in front of all of the other customers and aggressively tells me I need to leave because I can't just bring "any dog in here that I feel like" ... She didn't even bother asking if he was in face a service animal.... I told her he's my service dog I have to have him because he alerts me if me seizures in my episodes have been very bad lately.... at this point everyone was staring at me I could feel my face becoming flush I was incredibly embarrassed....making sure that her onlookers could still hear she responded with "sweety if he's a service dog that's. Different story, but um gonna have to ask you to prove it your disability and show me paperwork that he is in fact a service animal as you claim!" I smiled and said you can't not ask me that. It's against my disability rights. You are only allowed legally to ask two questions "IS HE A SERVICE ANIMAL" and "WHAT SERVICES DOES HE PROVIDE" WHICH SHE ASKED Neither.. I told her she needed to educate herself properly instead of ranting that she knows the laws better than me because shes actually studied them, because she's going to end up getting her employer sued ..... With that being said I would love to be able to come back to that location but I will not spend another dime there as long as someone like that is employed there. I was incredibly humiliated due to the public scene she was making.... I told her that she needed to speak to her employer about the polices and proper procedures on how to handle people with disabilities and service animals... she again told me it wasn't necessary because she studied the law and knew all about them. Hey again reminder her that she was incorrect on the laws reminded her of two questions she was allowed to ask me and I let her know that I would be contacting her employer and anybody else who would listen, Because never in my life have I ever been treated so badly because of my disability and need for a service dog. So Coopers, please take time to pull KIM aside and explain the real disability laws and the laws regarding one's service animal.... And also maybe do a recon on the importance of customer and your personal policies and procedures on disability rights and how your company expects them to be handled. I'm just disgusted by her actions... I will also like to add that the directed me to the flyer on the door and nowhere did it state I needed to provide paperwork for proof of disability and service dog registration..... .again it wouldn't state those words because it's incredibly against the law and again violates the disability rights."

"As I am now torn because of a single bad experience. At closing a few weeks ago I was the only person there, the gentlemen there ( not names as he hasn't been charged,)" He knows who he is", approached me with leaving a little early which I carefully heard and understood and was happy to do so. Upon walking out the door it closed and locked behind me I immediately realized I had left my wallet on the table next to where I was sitting and before I left the sidewalk turned around and knocked on the door and was responded to asking what I needed,in which I responded I forgot my wallet next to the machine and wished to be let in to get it which he responded can't do that after door is locked and quickly went around the corner to where the machines were out of site then just as quickly stepped where I could kinda see him and yelled sorry there ain't nothing here. Absolute lie. I just left it 25 seconds ago got my last 20 out of it 5 minutes before that and last one there for the last hour.Needless to say 30 to 60 minutes later my bank card and credit cards had been divided up and charges at three separate places one of those places a gas station for 117.00 worth of gas. Which shows a picture of the vehicle that looks 100% like a vehicle of a friend of the employees that he sees quite often there. I called the company as they have plenty of cameras there of the poker room asking for help as well as the police and the company refused to answer any of my calls and told police no video available, yes it's a cool place to play but obviously the business cares nothing for it's patrons as long as your spending money thereand even then very very little . Maybe this has happened to others maybe just me I am but one person and I realize my rating will go somewhat unheard and simply losing my business will not affect this companies profits at all but just maybe the compan y will read this and check in on who they hire more often, and maybe this will raise awareness and that employee be disciplined and released but maybe it will help someone in the future as this cost me 700 in cash in my wallet late fees as most of my money was stolen and cards charged up as well as late fees changing account and no use of credit. The man has neither been fired or reprimanded for this crime and company did nothing to help my loss from their employee. In short go at your own risk"

"Stopped here with my husband and played the slot machines one afternoon. Everyone in there was very pleasant and nice. I'm not sure if the woman behind the counter was the owner or just worked there but either way, she was so nice and had this great bubbly personality that made it impossible not to smile and feel good. She left a lasting impression on me which is rare. Really enjoyed our time there and will definitely return again when i get the chance."
